To reserve your project and schedule your construction date, Frontier Builder Inc. requires a security deposit during the initial on-site consultation after the estimate has been approved.

This deposit allows us to:

• Secure your project in our schedule
• Order the required materials
• Begin project planning and preparation
• Dedicate our team and resources to your renovation

The remaining balance will be paid according to the agreed project milestones and finalized upon project completion.
